Alex first stepped into the world of wrestling as a very young kid back in the summer of 1989 while on vacation at his grandmothers cabin up in Maine as a ref for a group of kids who where having wrestling matches. Alex was a few years younger then must of the kids so he was not asked to wrestle at first because of the age differences they didn't really have a company together just messing around with matches here and there. After a bad fight broke out and Alex had to jump in the middle of it and break it up he was asked if he wanted to wrestle as well. Alex agreed and had a number of matches that summer including his win over the top rated wrestler that was fighting up there.
Alex who was always watching wrestling on TV with his dad had found a love of the industry at a early age and after his first taste of the action in 89 he would only want to go and try more things. In 1990 not long after moving to Central Falls RI Alex would meet Nickolaus C. Together Alex and Nick would start the AWA a small group of kids wrestling a few matches a week. Still at a very young age this company was again more messing around then serious wrestling but that would change fast. Alex and Nick worked on inventing a number of new moves together and formed a tag team. This team would last a very short time as Nick would soon turn his back on Alex walking out on Alex in the middle of a match. This event would form what would become one of the biggest feuds of all time as Alex and Nick would find each other face to face for many more years. Alex would quickly gain the nickname of" The Maniac" from Friends and other wrestlers who witnessed his actions in and out of the ring. This nickname would soon become his in ring name. Again Alex would form a tag team with new partner Matt the Maniac sharing the name of the maniac with Matt to form the team of The Maniacs.  In 1991 Matt would turn on Alex just as Nick had done before but not only would he turn on him but he soon formed his own company called the MWA. The MWA would only last 3 months before fading away but the damage had already been done, it would take a long time for Alex to trust anyone after having two partners turn on him in the first 2 years of his company. By 1992 things had really started to move up in the company and the name of the company was changed to the CWA . With local kids turning up at the nights they where having there matches Alex realized this could be more then just a few kids having fun competing in matches this could turn into something bigger. Alex the Maniac by the age of 10 knew what he wanted to do in life....WRESTLING and there was no one who would change his mind. For years he was told that wrestling was just a faze he was going through that he would grow out of it.. He was then told he had to stop it and that he would go no where in life with these stupid dreams of wrestling none of that slowed Alex down in fact it only made him push harder.in 1995 The Brickwall Alan Main found his way to the company. Alex had met Alan through mutual friends and was told that Alan would make a great addition to the wrestling company At the first meeting between the  two of them there where some tensions in the air but all of this would soon pass and Alan was welcomed into the company. Alan's first few weeks in the company were run under the name magic star but soon he would gain the name of the Brickwall and would become Alex's new tag team partner the first steady partner Alex would take in many  years. In 1996 the company would change its name  again now becoming the SCWA and with larger crowds now coming to the shows things were going great but trouble wasn't far off. Alex's long time rival Nick The Slick Trick would almost end Alex's career after a brutal street fight as he would greatly damage Alex's right arm with a brick. Alex was out of action for a few months due to the injuries in that match during that time Alex would train upcoming wrestler Stingray who would become a superstar in the company for a number of years before finally leaving the wrestling world. Alex returned to the ring in the end of the year working a exhibition match with Stingray in a cage match.  Nick took control over the SCWA as a result of a match with Maniac and nick where the winner got to own the company Alex looked for a rematch with nick for control of the company but wouldn't get one. The Nasty wrestling organization would be formed by The Maniacs brother The Cool Dude which Alex would later join up with, and then leave soon after with Alex aiming get control back of his company . Nick in a shocking move sold the SCWA to The Million $ Kid and MDK would then close the SCWA only for Alex to reform it and then Change the company name one last time and all of that happened in the year of 1996.It was the year that set the company in the direction for change. The new company name was now the DWO and the Nasty Wrestling Organization was closed so DWO now was the one remaining company in Central Falls RI. In 1998 Alex and the DWO decided to take the company in all new directions and would change the format to all of there shows and the way they were performed. The rules of the past where left behind which did not work well for a lot of people who would eventually fade out of the company. Blood Bash 98 was probably one of the most extreme nights the company has even seen. and it would greatly change things for the Maniac. Alex would fight a number of matches that night including 2 against his own partner the Brickwall one for the I.C title which Alex would win and another for the World title which Wall won. But the most controversial match of all would be the last match of the night the Main event with Maniac and Nick with Wall as the special ref. People thought for sure with Wall as ref Alex would defiantly win because of his partner being ref that went right out the window in a shocking and controversial finish as Nick would have Alex chocked out using a fence which was a illegal move which Wall should have broke up, instead Wall looked the other way and when  Alex passed out and nick went for the pin Brickwall counted the 1 2 3 giving the victory to Nick although no one at the show agreed with the choice of Wall. It would be the match to be talked about for years. Nick soon after promised Alex he would get a rematch but then Nick moved out of town and a rematch never took place. Nick would write to Alex one last time over the Internet a year later promising it wasn't over yet that some day they would go face to face 1 last time. That day has not yet come and does not look like it ever will. This would anger Alex and for years Alex would have the thoughts of that night on his mind wondering had the match gone to the finish without the cheating would he have been able to win. Alex would have a down point in his career from that night in 98 until 2001 when many new wrestlers would join the company and Alex got a second wind fighting stronger and harder then he had in a real long time. Many feuds would follow and Wall would come back to Alex's side only to turn his back on him again and then come back and turn on him again like a endless cycle. Alex has stayed true to his dreams and now heading into 2008 is heading into all new lands yet again with promises of bringing the DWO to all new heights and aiming to come back from what was his worst season in his career with very few wins during the 2007 season. Does The Maniac have what it takes to come back and contend with the new age wrestlers or has Alex finally run out of energy finally come to the end of his career stay tuned cause in 2008 that question will be answered once and for all..
